Where compassion meets clarity and your therapy practice can flourish.

Finding your focus can be challenging in a field as diverse and complex as psychotherapy. That’s where I can step in. With a career dedicated to training, supervising, and applying EFT in therapy, I offer a pathway to understanding and excelling using this powerful model created, developed and research over the past 35 years by Dr. Sue Johnson and fellow ICEEFT Trainers.

Whether you're starting fresh or seeking to deepen your practice, EFT training, supervision and consultation are designed to help refine your skills, enhance your confidence, and broaden your therapeutic impact with individuals, couples, and families.

You are welcome here!

Whether you are in an indigenous, black, brown, asian, latino, latina, hispanic or white body. Whether you are in your body as gender non-binary, two-spirited, female or male. Whether you are in your body as bisexual, gay, lesbian, trans, pansexual, queer or heterosexual. Whether your body has seen many years or few. Whatever limits you body has, you are welcome. Whatever context you have come from, we welcome you.

It is our goal to create a safe learning space for all. We want you to feel safe to bring your whole self, all of your humanity, without any fear of being discriminated against. We want you to feel you belong here. We will share this space and we will learn from each other.

We know that belonging leads to becoming.

Respectfully,

Robin Williams Blake

Safety First.

My goal here is to create what John Bowlby termed a "Safe Haven" – a place where we can all grow and flourish as human beings. I strive to provide a safe place for everyone to explore what they need to explore - clinicians and clients alike.

This space is designed to be anti-oppressive, allowing for self-growth and self-discovery. These core values serve as the foundation of my practice.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a trauma-informed approach to healing. I celebrate diversity in all its forms and am committed to walking alongside others, learning from and honoring their unique experiences and perspectives.

As Beth Strano suggests in her Untitled Poem, “there is no such thing as a “safe place” – we exist in the real world…this place will not be perfect...it will be our space together…and we will work on it side by side.”

Thank you for visiting my website. Let me know if you have any questions.
